East of England

Visit the East of England for royal estates, historical architecture and expansive wetlands. Home to the Norfolk broads but also boasting many irresistible sandy beaches, the East of England has it all and is the perfect country retreat for all seasons. Swanky coastal spots, medieval towns and historical villages as well as some of the most impressive country manor estates such as the Royal Sandringham Castle. The beautiful countryside inspired the great artist Constable whom the area is known after – “Constable Country”.

There’s plenty of wildlife to explore with many nature reserves. This region boasts the bird-watching capital of the UK – pack your binoculars! Take a boat trip with the children and visit the remarkable Seal colony at Blakeney Point. There’s plenty of “messing around on the water” to do from the quaint little seaside towns in Suffolk, take a cruiser on the Norfolk Broads or even punting on the River Cam amongst the countries most beautiful educational establishments.
