The Alexandra Hotel & Restaurant is an independent boutique hotel situated in the coastal town of Lyme Regis which is nestled on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast. The hotel is set within an acre of private gardens with a grandstand view overlooking Lyme Bay.

The hotel has 25 rooms and apartments with not one being the same – they are all individual in shape, size and decoration. All rooms are decorated in a simple yet traditional English style, with most offering breath-taking coastal and sea views.

Nearby:
Lyne Regis’s cliffs make up a stretch of the world-famous Jurassic Coastline, where over 200 million years ago a rich diversity of creatures lived, and these have been well preserved in the cliffs as fossils. Due to the natural erosion of these cliffs, fossils are regularly exposed for people to find.

There is a main service from London Waterloo to Exeter which stops at Axminster for Lyme Regis. There are bus links from Axminster station.
By Car:
Depending on which direction you will be travelling from;
