1. These Terms
1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply hotel and accommodation booking services (the “Services”) to you.
1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
1.3 Our terms. By using our website (the “Website”), you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.
1.4 Other terms. These terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our Website:

2.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
2.4 "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
3. Our Relationship With You
3.1 We do not sell Hotel Products. We are a supplier of hotel and accommodation booking services (the “Services”) and our Website provides you with information and details about different offers for hotel and accommodation. We do not provide, own or control any of the hotel or accommodation services (“Hotel Services”) that you can access through our Website.
3.2 Provision of Hotel Services. The Hotel Services are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (a “Hotel”). Each Hotel is an independent contractor. Where possible, the booking of a Hotel Service takes place solely on the platform of the Hotel. The Hotel’s terms and conditions and other policies apply to your booking, so you must agree to, and understand those terms. Your interaction with any Hotels accessed through our Website is at your own risk, and we do not have any control over the Hotel Services or the Hotels.
3.3 We only sell to the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of our services in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings from addresses outside the UK.
4. Your use of our website
4.1 As a condition of your use of our Website, you agree that:
(a) you are at least 18 years of age;
(b) you will use our Website in accordance with these terms;
(c) you are capable of creating binding legal obligations;
(d) all information supplied by you is true, accurate, and complete;
(e) you will only use our Website for your private use; and
(f) if you use our Website on behalf of someone else, you will inform them about these terms;
5. Our Listings
5.1 Listings information provided by the Hotels. We host content, including prices, images and other information, made available by or obtained from Hotels. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, quality, completeness, reliability, timeliness or trustworthiness of such content. Hotel ratings displayed on our Website are intended as only general guidelines, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.
5.2 Hotels and other services may vary slightly from their pictures. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display these accurately, images may be subject to slight variations.
5.3 There may be other minor errors in the listings. There may be inaccuracies, typographical errors, or information which is out of date in the listings on our Website.
5.4 Links to third party sites. Our Website may contain links to third party websites. These are not operated by us. We do not control their content and we are not responsible for them.
6. Your Rights to Make Changes
6.1 You must contact us. If you wish to make a change to the any booking that you have made through Our Website then please contact us. Changes are at the discretion of each individual Hotel, and subject to their own booking terms and conditions. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price, the timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
6.2 No automatic rights. You do not have the automatic right to make changes or cancel a booking unless such rights are provided by the Hotel in question.
7. Service Provision
7.1 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Services is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
7.2 What will happen if you do not give required information to us. We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the services to you, for example, your name and address, contact details, and details of any others in your booking. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying the services late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
7.3 Reasons we may suspend the supply of Services to you. We may have to suspend the supply of services to:
(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
(b) introduce updates to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
(c) make other necessary changes.
7.4 Your rights if we suspend the supply of services. We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of the Services, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the Services we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for them while they are suspended.
8. If There Is a Problem With the Hotel Services
8.1 How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us. You can telephone our customer service team on 0845 241 3406 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Price and Payment
9.1 Where to find the price for the product. The price of the booking for the Hotel will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct, but this will ultimately be decided by the Hotel. However please see clause 9.2 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of your order.
9.2 What happens if the price is wrong. It is always possible that some of the Hotels may be incorrectly priced. If the Hotel’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we confirm your booking.
9.3 Charges. Your payment for the Hotel Services may either be paid to us directly so that we may pay the Hotel on your behalf, or to the Hotel directly. Details will be included within your booking.
9.4 Service fees. We retain service fees as part of the provision of the Services. This may either be charged to you directly, or included within the cost of your booking. Service fees vary based on the type of your booking.
9.5 When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment with all major credit cards and by direct bank transfer.
9.6 We can charge interest if you pay late. If you do not make any payment to us by the due date we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the base lending rate of the Bank of England from time to time. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount.
9.7 What to do if you think an invoice is wrong. If you think an invoice is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know. You will not have to pay any interest until the dispute is resolved. Once the dispute is resolved we will charge you interest on correctly invoiced sums from the original due date.
10. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered By You
10.1 We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
10.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10.3 We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the Services for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
10.4 We are not liable if the Hotel is unsuitable for you. We make no representations about the suitability of the Hotels displayed on our Website for any purposes. A listing does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute our recommendation. All content on our Website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
10.5 We are not responsible for the acts of the Hotels. The Hotels are independent of us, and we are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any kind.
11. How We May Use Your Personal Information
12. Other Important Terms
12.1 We may transfer this Agreement to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.
12.2 You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
12.3 Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
12.4 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
12.5 Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
12.6 Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by English law and you can only bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
We are the controller and we are responsible for your personal data.
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.
The Data We Collect About You

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.
Promotional offers from us

Disclosures of Your Personal Data

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. Your Legal Rights
You have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data in certain circumstances.
No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law). Performance of Contract means processing your data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract.

Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
Breach of this policy
When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.

Issue of a warning to you.
